Terms of Service

1. Mission and Eligibility

The Notable Learning Affiliate Program aims to equip homeschool families and co-ops with applied, real-world curriculum.

Target Scope: This program applies strictly to the sale of homeschool and homeschool co-op licenses for our Entrepreneurship, Personal Finance, and Investing courses.

Exclusions: Standard K-12 private or public school license sales are not eligible for commissions under this specific affiliate agreement.

2. Commission Structure and Tracking

Commission Rate: Affiliates earn a 30% commission on the total sale price of qualifying homeschool or co-op licenses generated through their unique link.

Cookie Duration: We utilize a 90-day tracking cookie. If a family or co-op leader returns to make a purchase within 90 days of their initial click, the sale will be attributed to you.

Payout Threshold: Commissions are disbursed once your account reaches a minimum balance of $50.Returns: Because we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure families are fully satisfied, commissions are finalized 30 days after the purchase date.

3. Ethical Conduct

Character matters in every small decision we make. Zero Tolerance: We have zero tolerance for gossip, drama, or the misrepresentation of our mission. Transparency: As an affiliate, you must clearly disclose your relationship with Notable Learning in accordance with FTC guidelines.

4. Termination

Notable Learning reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account if these terms are violated or if the affiliate’s platform no longer aligns with our core mission of helping students flourish beyond graduation.
